He was the motivational force who guided the P M Family to the realm of higher education and the world of employment beyond the tiny hamlet of Kalliasseri.

Palakkil Mavilavalappil Cheyi Amma
The venerable person in this snapshot is Palakkil Mavilavalappil Cheyi Amma (Sreedevi Amma), the second child of Palakkil Mavilavalappil Kunhathi Amma I (who migrated from Cherukunnu to Kalliasseri) and also the mother of Palakkil Mavilavalappil Anandan Nambiar (Our Tharavatt Karanavar). P M Cheyi Amma had an elder brother, P M Anandan Nambiar and three younger siblings in the order P M Kunhathi Amma II, P M Kunhiraman Nambiar & P M Krishnan Nambiar. She was married to Inchikkal Kunhambu Nambiar. They had eight children in the following order: 1. P M Parvathi Amma, 2. P M Kalliyani Amma, 3. P M Kannan Nambiar, 4. P M Uchira Amma, 5. P M Anandan Nambiar, 6. P M Narayanan Nambiar, 7. P M Kunhi Krishnan Nambiar, 8. P M Madhavi Amma

This picture was taken in the Late 1950s. Here we find seated majestically our former Rakshadikari P M Sankaran Nambiar and his dear Better Half M C Nalini Amma. And standing behind is his seniormost niece Radha P M (Dr. Radha Ravindran)
We have here a rare photo of a P M Family. All the kids seen in this picture are now senior citizens. This could have been snapped in the beginning of the sixties.

P M Omana Amma with Teendakkara Raghavan Nambiar ( a veteran of the Indian Freedom Movement) after their wedding. P M Omana Amma, better known as Omana teacher, is the fifth child of P M Uchira Amma and Manikoth Kunhikrishnan Nambiar (P M Cheyi Amma and Inchikkal Kunhambu Nambiar are her maternal Grandparents). As a part of the Indian Freedom movement, E V Chathukutty Nambiar volunteered to join the Indian National Army (Azad Hind Fauj) led by Netaji Subash Chandra Bose as a Medical Officer at British Malaya. He is seen here in his INA Uniform . The snapshot was taken before his marriage. He married Palakkil Mavilavalappil Ammini Amma ( Daughter of P M Uchira Amma & Manikoth Kunhikrishnan Nambiar) in 1948. They were blessed with four children:-

P M Kunhiraman Nambiar(Gen 3) was born as the youngest and sixth child of P M Kunhathi Amma II & Manikoth Ambu Ezhuthachan. Here we wish to remind you that P M Kunhathi Amma II is the third child of P M Kunhathi Amma I & Mykeel Raman Nambiar. The eldest sibling of Kunhiraman Nambiar is P M Kunhathi Amma III followed by P M Lakshmi Amma, P M Parvathi Amma, P M Narayani Amma & P M Ryrukutty Nambiar.

Narayanammoman spent most of his working life at Salem. Post retirement he came over to Kalliasseri and spent his senior citizen life till demise in the year ____ . He was blessed with three children (all boys).

P M Kunhiraman Nambiar is the fourth offspring of Palakkil Mavilavalappil Kunhathi Amma 1 and Mykeel Raman Nambiar. They were blessed with two children A V Chandukutty Nambiar & A V Kunhiraman Nambiar, whose snapshots are placed below.

Andoor Veettil Chandukutty Nambiar is the elder of the two children of P M Kunhiraman Nambiar (Gen 2) and A V Kalyanikutty Amma. Chandukutty Nambiar was employed at Burma (now Myanmar) and spent a major part of his life there. He married a Burmese Lady and had a girl child who is believed to have come down to Bangalore before going to the US after marriage.

A V Kunhiraman Nambiar is the younger of the two children of P M Kunhiraman Nambiar (Gen 2) and A V Kalyanikutty Amma. He was a School teacher and worked mostly at Olavakode (Palakkad) and Ponnani (Malappuram). He married P K Narayanikutty Amma from Ponnani and was blessed with four children. He spent his senior citizen life mostly in Ponnani before his demise in 2002.
